Phil Cabral is a Partner of Natural Balance Physiotherapy & Sports Injury together with his wife, Lorna. Phil’s expertise in physiotherapy began with a BSc (Hons) in Sports Science at Crewe and Alsager College of Higher Education. With a second BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy at Leeds Metropolitan University and a further PG Certificate in Clinical Applied Anatomy from Keele University, Phil has always been keen on the body; how it functions and methods to prevent and treat conditions and injuries.

Phil is highly skilled in health promotion, sports injuries, physical therapy, injury prevention and musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
“I have always been passionate about helping people overcome what can be severe, life disrupting issues and I enjoy seeing the difference that treatment can make to a person’s health, wellbeing and life in general over weeks, months and even years,” says Phil.
Lorna Cabral is a partner of Natural Balance Physiotherapy and Sports Injury. Lorna played for Lancashire and North of England Seniors at England U21 level. She trained as a PE teacher with a BA (Hons) in Physical Education and English from Liverpool John Moores University and then worked in Sports Development throughout the North West and Yorkshire and Humberside, culminating in a position as Regional Development Officer for Sports Coach UK and Sports England.
